How long does it take for prunes to have a laxative effect? - how long can it take to have a bowel obstruction
Hello,
I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, and tonight I ate almost a whole package of prunes for several hours style is not a bowel movement. Can someone please tell me how long it takes, plums, to clean out your system. I do not have a bowel obstruction or blockage is, as I open my bowels, but only published in small balls of fecal matter.
